Community & Content Guidelines

The Short Version

Relentless Billionaire is a platform for creators and the people who support them. These rules exist so the platform stays open. Break them and your account ends — usually without warning.

Absolutely Prohibited

The following result in immediate, permanent removal and, where required by law, a report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or other authorities:

• Anyone under 18. No minors in any content, ever, in any capacity — depicted, referenced, implied, or suggested. No content that sexualizes a minor, real or fictional. No "age play" framed as minors.
• Non-consensual content. Anything recorded, shared, or distributed without the documented, informed consent of every person in it. This includes revenge content, hidden-camera material, and content shared after consent was withdrawn.
• Sexual violence, coercion, or trafficking. Including any content depicting or promoting force, blackmail, debt bondage, or commercial sexual exploitation.
• Bestiality, necrophilia, or incest — depicted or simulated.
• Content depicting serious injury, torture, or death.
• Impersonation of another creator, person, or brand.
• Content you do not own or have licensed rights to.

Also Prohibited

• Harassment, stalking, doxxing, or threats against anyone — creators, patrons, or staff.
• Hate speech or content attacking people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, or sexual orientation.
• Promotion of self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders.
• Sale of drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods, or stolen accounts.
• Spam, engagement farming, fake accounts, or artificial inflation of metrics.
• Attempts to move transactions off-platform to avoid fees or verification.

Creator Obligations

• You must be 18 or older and able to prove it with government-issued photo ID.
• Every person appearing in your content must be 18 or older, verified, and have signed a release you retain.
• You must retain age and identity records for all performers as required by 18 U.S.C. §2257 and make them available on request.
• You are responsible for the content you post, including anything you did not personally create.

Patron Conduct

• Do not record, screenshot, redistribute, or resell creator content. This is theft and, in many cases, a crime.
• Do not contact creators off-platform without their invitation.
• Do not request prohibited content. Asking is itself a violation.

Enforcement

Violations are handled at our sole discretion and may result in content removal, loss of earnings, permanent account termination, and referral to law enforcement. We do not owe warnings for anything in the Absolutely Prohibited section.

Reporting

Anyone — account holder or not — may report content at /report. Reports involving minors or non-consensual material are escalated immediately and reviewed ahead of everything else.
