Creator Agreement

This Agreement is between Relentless Billionaire ("Platform") and you ("Creator"). It applies in addition to the Terms of Use and Community & Content Guidelines.

1. Verification Before Access

Before your first upload you must complete identity verification: a government-issued photo ID, a selfie matched against that ID, and a signed §2257 performer record. Access is not granted until verification clears. Verification may be repeated at any time.

2. Third-Party Performers

If any person other than you appears in your content, you must submit, before upload: their government-issued photo ID, a signed model release, and a signed §2257 record naming every alias used. You are responsible for the accuracy of these records. Uploading content featuring an unverified person is a material breach and grounds for immediate termination.

3. Age Warranty

You warrant that you and every person appearing in your content were at least 18 years old at the time of recording. This warranty survives termination of this Agreement.

4. Consent and Withdrawal

You warrant that every person in your content gave informed, documented consent to both the recording and its distribution on this Platform. If any person withdraws consent, you must notify the Platform immediately and the content will be removed.

5. Content Ownership and Grant

You retain ownership. You grant the Platform the license described in Section 4 of the Terms of Use.

6. Earnings, Fees, and Payout

The Platform retains the revenue share disclosed in your creator dashboard. Payouts are issued on the published schedule, subject to a minimum threshold, and may be delayed or withheld pending investigation of chargebacks, fraud, or policy violations. You are an independent contractor, not an employee, and are responsible for your own taxes. A valid W-9 or W-8BEN is required before payout.

7. Exclusivity

None. You may post the same content elsewhere unless you separately agree otherwise in writing.

8. Prohibited Content

You agree to the Community & Content Guidelines in full. You acknowledge that content in the Absolutely Prohibited section results in immediate termination, forfeiture of pending earnings, and referral to law enforcement where required by law.

9. Chargebacks

You are responsible for chargebacks attributable to your content. The Platform may offset chargebacks against future earnings.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate on written notice. The Platform may terminate immediately for cause. Your content will be removed within 30 days of termination unless retention is required by law or ongoing investigation.

11. Survival

Sections 3, 4, 6, 9, and your indemnification obligations survive termination.

By checking the acceptance box you confirm you have read this Agreement, are at least 18, and agree to be bound by it. Your acceptance, timestamp, and IP address are recorded.
